This week I bring you a great little Viral.

The Sons of Maxwell came up with this ingenious way to complain about the handling of one of their $3,500 Taylor  guitars at Chicago O’Hare airport. After one of the band witnesses a baggage handler throwing their guitar around, the guitar was broken. When they complained to United, they just passed the buck on and on and on for 9 months, until Dave Caroll gave up and wrote 3 songs about the experience, as well as shooting a video.

Oh god, imagine that the mourning after the night before!

This week I am starting a weekly viral article of the best viral I come across on the web each week. It will be a showcase of great viral marketing efforts and hopefully make you laugh along the way.

This week - Transport for London launched a campaign for motorists to look out for cyclists. A great Viral, so much so that as I am typing I am thinking about how little I look out for cyclists and motorcyclists whilst in my banged up clio.
